Pricing
Projects are quoted on a site-specific basis with fees affected by a number of factors including the volume of tests (in total and tested on each visit), the location of the site, the size of the units, when testing is starting, etc. The following prices are to provide an indication of costs:

| Air testing of houses and flats | £50+VAT per test | Minimum visit fee of £175+VAT. This is based on multiple units of standard size located close to one of our test engineers |
| Air testing commercial buildings | £350+VAT per test | This is the price for a single fan test on a simple building (e.g. industrial unit) on a site located close to one of our test engineers.
We are able to test much larger and more complicated buildings, the price reflects the amount of time required to undertake the testing. |
| Sound testing | £50+VAT per test | Minimum visit fee of £250+VAT. This is based on multiple units of standard size located close to one of our test engineers |
| Vent testing | £20+VAT per vent | Minimum visit fee of £150+VAT. This is based on multiple units located close to one of our test engineers |
