For Part L, for all types and sizes of buildings, anywhere in the UK:

Low prices – individual air tests from £200+VAT, multiple air tests from £50+VAT per test

Let us know the basic details of what needs air testing – we need to know the approximate size and where the project is so PDF plans and sections/elevations tend to tick both those boxes but approximate dimensions and postcode would also work. We will send you a quotation for the air test and our next availability (if requested) or approximate lead times
Let us know if you want to go ahead and we can confirm any further details we need with you
Our engineer will call before the test to confirm timings and run through the process/prep
We will undertake the test (no upfront payment required) and confirm the result on site
If the result isn’t sufficient to make the SAP calculation add up then we will use our fan to show up air leakage paths as draughts so you can plug any holes and we can repeat the test
We will issue the ATTMA certificate(s) on the same day that we receive payment

Related services can be provided on the same day for further cost savings including sound insulation testing for Part E or extractor fan testing for Part F
